do u guys think we need a download client?

umm...well really i just wanted for hydro or alex or anybody who can do this to see.... that can we have a download client or only a webclient or both?
well pretty much i cant decide so if any admins or alex or hydro see this can we make a vote for it?
say yes for a download client
say no if u dont want or dont need.
and im asking for a download client because i would come to forums and people would say its working but when i press play it redirects me to another diffrent server on rs-ps.org (if thats the website)


P.S. im new to this so i dont know if this is a kind of useless post or not.
and dont forget if we can have a vote say:

um i like web clients better, but some people like clients, um i think its a good idea but atm hydro and alex are working on project stupidity
