Subject: i am not able to log on? :( Thu Dec 02, 2010 6:24 am
i do not understand why i cannot log on i have tried many things like restart computer download google crome ectt. it says connecting too server for about 5-10 seconds then says server is offline try again in 5 minuets. but everyone is saying there online. pleasee help!! i love this server merry christmas!!!

Try going to your c:/ drive and delete the file named Trendscape_file_store_32 and reload webclient.
You can also try Reseting your router.
